Shipping, Pickup, & Returns
Shipping & Local Pickup
At Georgia Dawn’s, we work to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–4 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. We ship Monday through Friday and do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. holidays.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight and size of your order. Rates may vary depending on your package and chosen carrier (USPS or UPS).
We also offer an in-store pickup option for local customers. If you select pickup at checkout, you will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order is prepared, not including weekends or holidays. Once your order is ready, we will notify you directly and you will be able to pick up your order during our open hours.
Returns
We truly want you to love every piece you receive from Georgia Dawn’s. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, most items may be returned within 15 days of delivery or 15 days of in-store purchase.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include original packaging. Certain items, including sale items, free gifts, and custom or special orders, are final sale and cannot be returned. Seasonal or holiday items must be returned before the holiday has passed to qualify.
Please note that returns are accepted and issued as store credit only. We do not offer cash or card refunds. Store credit can be used toward any future purchase with us.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages & Issues
We carefully pack every order, but if something arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible. Email shopgeorgiadawns@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will make it right as quickly as possible.
If a replacement is available, we will send a new item at no cost. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or help you select a similar item you’ll love.
